Currently, the legacy of Shirube has been entrusted to Takashi’s sons, Yudai and Kodai Uno, who continue the family’s tradition of culinary brilliance. Building upon the esteemed reputation of Shirube, the Uno brothers have recently expanded the brand to Santa Monica, opening a brand new location.
