  • Our base is crafted from just six pronounceable, organic, plant-based, ingredients that is designed to deliver a rich, dairy-like mouthfeel without compromise: oat milk or coconut milk, cane sugar, tapioca syrup solids, inulin, guar gum, locust bean gum

  • Lavender and Truffles ice cream and soft serve are dairy-free and vegan friendly as we use only NON-GMO ingredients.

    Most flavors are gluten-free and soy-free. Please check individual flavors for its list of ingredients.

    All flavors contain tree nuts (coconut).

  • Lavender and Truffles is based in Hudson Valley, New York.

    We have production partners in Los Angeles and in New York.

  • Yes, we distribute our soft serve base to many creameries, cafes and restaurants. You can create your own flavors using our base or we can help create custom flavors for you. We have distribution in Los Angeles and New York City area. Email us your inquiry.
